Subject: Reschedule of the meet and greet time
Dear, Members of the above mentioned association that our meet and greet time has been rescheduled due to the clash between our program and Exodus Congregation's confession time.
We the executives of the above association sincerely apologizing for creating inconvenience and regretting to reschedule our planned program but the situation is beyond our control.
Please below is the new time and date set for meet and greet
Date: 20/June/ 2020
Time: 2pm-5pm
Venue: Morata Church Area
Note: that all the working elites are asked to contribute as well the students so that we can host this day.
Please email or forward this notice to all the members of the association so that they are made know of the changes that are made.
